The department will hold three in-person public hearings on the proposed 2024 moose hunting season and current health status of Vermont’s deer herd in March. The hearings will begin at 6:30 pm at these locations:

  • Monday, March 18 – Hazen Union High School, 126 Hazen Union Dr, Hardwick, VT 05843 | map
     
  • Wednesday, March 20 – Brattleboro Union High School, 131 Fairground Rd, Brattleboro, VT 05301 | map
     
  • Thursday, March 21 – Enosburg Union High School, 65 Dickinson Ave, Enosburg Falls, VT 05450 | map
